Training and Development

Our professional personnel have the temperament and training to combine customer service with security. Training begins with an eight-to-16-hour program addressing general, legal and site-specific concerns. We provide additional training for officers assigned to public safety locations or to client locations that require specialized knowledge. State-certified trainers on staff provide job-enrichment and certification programs for our officers.
